Guided by our practitioners, you'll move through intentional breathwork to soften the nervous system, then rest fully supported as waves of crystal-bowl and gong sound wash over the room. No experience is required. You only need to arrive and let yourself be held.

Wear soft layers. We provide mats, bolsters, and blankets, bring anything else that helps you rest.
Give yourself time to settle in with tea before we begin. Late arrivals can't be admitted once the practice starts.
